民宿体现的是一个地方的风土人情，所以在设计过程中，对原始的建筑、地貌、绿植等不做大规模的改动，最大可能的利用空间原有的基础建设。在建筑改造的过程中考虑到建筑原貌的还原和美化，同时也需要考虑空间的功能性利用。
